Lucy was first introduced to the power of sound healing in May 2015. Sound healing is much like yoga, it's not a "one size fits all", there are gongs, voice, tibetan bowls, musical instruments and many other things that can be used in sound healing, and different people are attracted to different forms. But Lucy was drawn to the Crystal Singing Bowls. Ethereal, soothing & cleansing for the soul, Lucy knew that this was where her sound tool of choice...

 

So in November 2017 she invested in 3 gorgeous Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls & the Level 1 practitioners course with the world renowned Yantara Jiro (assisted by Carly Grace Gilbert). This course was a powerful & transformational experience for Lucy, and she has already been gifted with the chance to share her bowls with many people (some of whom have had some incredibly cleansing & powerful experiences).

In February 2019 she added another bowl & completed her practitioners Level 2 course with Yantara.

Lucy runs monthly Sound Baths in Ascot and also offers private Sound Healing sessions on arrangement.
